Join former European 400 metre champion and current Celebrity Masterchef winner David Gillick when he visits JF SPORTS this Saturday morning 11-01-14, at 10am. David will lead all runners on a leisurely 5km Run around Carlow, and afterwards has promised to cook his ‘world famous’ pancakes.

David is the Irish Technical Representative for New Balance Running Co. David will give a talk in the shop, covering topical issues such as motivation and goal setting, and I’m sure he will have plenty of training tips to share also.

So please join us this Saturday morning for a unique, friendly, and relaxed event. We will have juice and a cuppa for everyone, and of course David’s world famous pancakes!
